Golf options for larger groups

Options:
Depending on the size of the group there are various options:

Group size 12-44 persons
a) Nine holes with reserved tee time
b) 18 holes with reserved tee time

Group size 36-44 persons
c) Shotgun 9 holes.
d) Shotgun on the first or second 9 holes, and players continue to play the full 18 holes.

Group size 45-88 persons
e) Shotgun 18 holes
